Welcome to Elyventra

Welcome to Elyventra. Our goal is to deliver your premium therapy machines and wellness products quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within the United States.


Order Processing Time

All orders placed on Elyventra are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. national holidays. During peak seasons, sales events, or high-order volumes, processing times may take slightly longer. If your order is expected to experience a significant delay, we will notify you via email at support@elyventra.com or by phone at (606) 877-4673.


Shipping Coverage

Elyventra currently ships only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Elyventra offers free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours and can be used to monitor your delivery through the carrier’s website.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

We carefully inspect and package all Elyventra products before shipment. Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Elyventra is not responsible for damage or loss occurring during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@elyventra.com and include clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. Retain all original packaging materials, as they may be required for a carrier claim.

If tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, reach out to our customer support team and we will assist you.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Elyventra is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Returned packages due to address errors may require additional reshipping fees.

Elyventra operates from the United States and follows transparent return guidelines to ensure every customer receives reliable service and support.


30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. Requests made after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and included materials intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing original packaging may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may be marked as non-returnable on their product pages due to clearance or special conditions. If a product is not clearly labeled as non-returnable, the standard return policy applies.

Return Shipping

Elyventra covers return shipping costs for eligible returns that meet our policy requirements. Return instructions will be provided by our support team after approval.


No Restocking Fees

Elyventra does not charge restocking fees. Our return process is designed to remain simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.


Refund Process

After your returned item is received, it will be inspected by our team. You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved or declined. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


If Your Refund Has Not Appeared

If you have not received your refund after the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue continues, contact us at support@elyventra.com and we will assist you promptly.


Exchanges

Elyventra does not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on https://elyventra.com.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. We will resolve the matter by issuing a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs where applicable.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We offer free standard shipping within the United States, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days after processing. International shipping is not available at this time.
