We want you to be fully satisfied with your Elyventra Cold Therapy Machine. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
You must provide valid proof of purchase (such as your order number or invoice).
Products that have been used, filled with water, or modified in any way may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.
Note: Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.

Accessories damaged after delivery
Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items

Once your returned product is received and inspected, Elyventra will notify you via email regarding your refund status.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as a defective or incorrect product).

We’re happy to replace products that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your Cold Therapy Machine arrives damaged or doesn’t function properly:
Notify us within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description of the issue
After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it hasn’t yet been shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, it will be covered under our standard return process.
